Mission Bridge School

Mission Bridge School is divided into two sessions: Mission Bridge I and II each include four core classes taught in two-hour sessions over the span of eight weeks. Classes are held once a week for eight consecutive weeks. The School is for anyone who desires to know God more intimately and to become more like Him in order to make Him known.

Mission Bridge I
Required for all participating in a Mission Bridge trip

Topics covered in the first session are:

The Nature and Character of God
Behold the holiness of God and the perfect balance of His justice, mercy and
love.

Root and Fruit of Pride
Discover the manifestations of pride and learn to define, detect and destroy it in your life.

Father Heart of God
God is so big and He sometimes seems so distant—but what is He really like?

Spiritual Warfare
If you were the enemy, where would you attack you? Identify areas in your life where you have
yielded control and regain your ground.

Mission Bridge II
Optional

Topics covered during the second session are:

Unity of Purpose
Discover the keys to creating Spirit-led harmony among your team and learn to resolve conflict.

Giving Up Your Rights
No country, people, group or culture is closed to the changing power of Jesus if we give
up our own rights.

Leadership
Whom God appoints, He anoints. Whether leader or follower, God’s appointment requires obedience and a servant’s heart.

Cultural Sensitivity
Learn how to embrace a foreign culture so its people will embrace the Gospel.

Cost
Each Mission Bridge School session costs $75 per student. This fee includes a CD with devotionals and writings from well known Christian writers that will enhance your understanding of principles taught. There will also be handouts and worksheets relevant to the class topic of the week.
